TERMS & CONDITIONS OF YOUR RESERVATION

Confirmation of Booking

You will receive an email invoice/confirmation of your appointment.

You must PROVIDE a chair for your nail technician.

Cancellation Policy

All services are prepaid. We accept all major credit cards. We require a 24 hour notice to cancel any appointment. There are no refunds after this period. You have until the close of business prior to the scheduled appointment day. This applies to all no-show, cancelled, or rescheduled reservations.

All clients are allowed a 15-minute grace period. If services are started after the 15-minute appointment time, there will be a $10 late fee charged to your credit card. If you are more than 30-minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the FULL amount for scheduled services.

Gratuities

We provide high quality services from an expert trained staff. Gratuities are accepted in CASH ONLY. If you are happy with the services provided, it is customary to leave 15% - 20% tip for your technician.

This amazingly sophisticated fragrance is truly fit for a KING!
Enjoy our Arabian Knights spa specifically formulated for men. Inspired by Ancient lands and exotic ingredients to include; Moroccan lava clay, fig extract, sweet almond, pomegranate and olive oils, red sandalwood, vanilla bean fibers, dead sea mud and pure yogurt.
